Our Process
Upon arrival to the slip where your boat is, our Technicians verify we are performing service on the correct boat by double-checking the information you provided when you scheduled service, and measuring the length of your boat.
Using a high-definition underwater camera, our Technicians record an underwater video of both the starboard and port sides of your boat. We watch the video, and verify that our patented scrub brush heads are going to be able to adequately clean your hull with the amount and type of buildup you have on your boat bottom.
In the event that we are unable to service your boat due to the amount of buildup on the bottom, limited access to your boat, or other unforeseen reason, we will attempt to contact you from the field.
Our administrative team will send you the video underwater pre-inspection video to show you the issue(s) that prevented us from performing the cleaning on your hull. You will be charged a flat $25 trip charge, and the remaining cost of the scheduled service will be refunded to you.
Assuming our patented cleaning brushes can adequately clean your boat hull, our experienced technicians get right to work, scrubbing the bottom of your boat in a back and forth motion.
After our cleaning is completed, we capture and review another underwater video of the cleaning we have performed. Performing additional scrubbing if needed.
