Upon arrival, our field technicians perform a measurement of your boat length. If your length is incorrect from what you stated when you placed your order for service, we will simply charge you the amount that corresponds with the correct length of your boat.

When we arrive at your slip, we film an underwater video of the bottom of your boat. In the event that your hull type is not a good candidate for scrubbing by our patented brushes, we will try to get in touch with you and advise you. If we are unable to get in touch with you, please be aware that you will be refunded the amount of your cleaning, less a flat trip charge of $25.00. Not sure?
