Refer back to the email you received from us at the time of placing your order for service, and follow the instructions.

What if my boat length is not accurate?Upon arrival, our field technicians perform a measurement of your boat length. If your length is incorrect from what you stated when you placed your order for service, we will simply charge you the amount that corresponds with the correct length of your boat.

What if my bottom has too much build-up?In the event that our underwater 'before' video shows that the build up on the bottom of your boat is not a good candidate for scrubbing with our patented brushes, we will try to get in touch with you and advise you. If we are unable to get in touch with you, please be aware that you will be refunded the amount of your cleaning, less a flat trip charge of $25.00. Not sure? Contact us prior to scheduling your hull scrub to discuss the type of build-up you would like to have removed.

What if my hull type is not accepted?When we arrive at your slip, we film an underwater video of the bottom of your boat. In the event that your hull type is not a good candidate for scrubbing by our patented brushes, we will try to get in touch with you and advise you. If we are unable to get in touch with you, please be aware that you will be refunded the amount of your cleaning, less a flat trip charge of $25.00. Not sure?
